The Founding Member Program is $99 per month, billed monthly. Payment is processed securely through our patient portal.
You may cancel at any time with no minimum commitment. Your membership remains active through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Medications, laboratory testing, imaging studies, and CGM devices are billed separately and are not included in your membership fee.
ElaraMD does not replace your primary care physician or provide emergency medical services. For emergencies, call 911.
